  6.   Changes in v3.00

  8.    * D-CaLL no longer generates *.ANS and *.ASC bulletins, but is now
  9.      designed to be run as a door!  This is my first attempt at writing a
  10.      program which supports the fossil driver, so please be sure to
  11.      report any bugs which you encounter.  Special thanks to James Fitzgibbon
  12.      for his patience in helping me beta test D-CaLL, and a very special thanks
  13.      to Ian McKenzie for lending me his computer so I could conveniently test
  14.      the fossil routines.

  16.    * D-CaLL now supports the hidden attribute in the user record. If you
  17.      have a user toggled as "hidden" they will not be displayed in
  18.      the Today's Caller List.
  19.  
  20.    * The /S switch is no longer supported in D-CaLL. I decided that this
  21.      switch was a little redundant since one could easily include the
  22.      sysop in the Today's Caller List by simpling turning off the hidden
  23.      attribute in the user record.

  25.    * A new switch has been added, /L, which runs D-CaLL in local mode.

  27.    * The previously supported /B switch (for masking the baud rate) has been
  28.      changed to /M.

  30.    * D-CaLL is DESQview aware and will give up it's time slice when waiting
  31.      for user input at the screen pause prompt.

  36.    * D-CaLL now supports an exclusion file, which allows you to specify
  37.      up to 100 names or handles which you want excluded from the
  38.      bulletin.

  42.    * The masked baud rate can now be specified as either /Bxxxxx or /B=xxxxx

  44.    * Fixed a potential problem that could result if the RA environment
  45.      variable was not set.

  47.    * Added a new switch /T which will include the sysop's name in the
  48.      *header* portion (i.e. immediately below the system name) of the
  49.      Today's Callers List.  (Note: this is *not* the same as the /S switch
  50.      which controls whether or not the sysop will be included in the
  51.      actual list.)
